ChessVS is operated by ChessVS, Inc., a Delaware corporation. ChessVS is currently a free-to-play alpha. The two documents below — the Terms of Service and the Privacy Policy — together govern your use of chessvs.club, the ChessVS game, the alpha waitlist, and community participation.
The agreement governing your use of the service: account registration, usernames, founding-member tiers, in-game items, acceptable use, tournaments, intellectual property, and limitation of liability.
How ChessVS, Inc. collects, uses, and protects your personal information — including GDPR rights (EEA / UK / Switzerland), CCPA rights (California), cookie disclosures, retention, and data security.
ChessVS is in a free-to-play alpha. In-game items and currency have no real-world monetary value, cannot be purchased with real money, and cannot be exchanged for cash. The game runs on a public test network for technical record-keeping only.
Disclosures specific to real-value economy features — and any associated jurisdiction or purchase-mechanic disclosures — are not part of this alpha and will be published if and when such features launch.
